Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for service and products serving domestic and international clients. This role suits both product companies where multiple SaaS products are managed.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for SaaS products in India and global markets.
  • Own multiple channels: PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, WhatsApp campaign, Marketing Automation and product and company branding.
  • Design and manage marketing funnels to drive trials, demos and paid conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, product, tech, content, design) and clients (for service companies).
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV and campaign ROI.
  • Manage and guide internal team members or external agencies/freelancers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports and growth plans.
  • Stay updated with SaaS marketing trends and tools used globally.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience in SaaS marketing (domestic and/or international).
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and analytics.
  • Experience working either with a SaaS product company or a digital agency/service company handling SaaS clients.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
