Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day hardware support activities across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to handle hardware-related issues, device maintenance, IT asset management, and vendor coordination for hardware procurement and replacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
- Manage attendance and leave records in Keka HRMS
- Support payroll inputs and verify required documents
- Prepare employee letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Experience, etc.)
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and maintain statutory compliance records
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
- Maintain discipline and escalate serious matters to HR Manager / Management
- Conduct employee feedback discussions
- Coordinate with departments for smooth office functioning and maintain management reports
- Back Office task
- Plan and support employee engagement and retention activities
- Promote positive workplace culture and conduct employee surveys
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and maintain training records
- Track employee development progress and support basic HR legal compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Hardware & IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops/laptops
- Knowledge of hardware components and replacements
- Experience in IT Asset Management
- Vendor coordination and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi) – Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
