Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Product Growth Manager with 3–6 years of experience in SaaS or Shopify Apps to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-product growth by improving activation, conversion, and retention through data analysis, experimentation, and product optimization. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success teams to enhance the user journey from onboarding to paid conversion and long-term retention.
This role focuses on product-led growth initiatives and does not involve running paid ads or handling support tickets.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze the complete user journey from visitors, install to activation, upgrade, and retention.
• Identify drop-offs, friction points, and behavioral patterns across the product funnel.
• Segment users based on plan, usage, merchant size, and geography for deeper insights.
• Improve onboarding experience by optimizing setup flows, empty states, and tooltips.
• Reduce Time-to-Value (TTV) and improve first-day and first-week user success rates.
• Identify reasons for low free-to-paid conversion and design improvement strategies.
• Implement feature gating, contextual paywalls, and usage-based upgrade triggers.
• Run pricing and plan experiments to improve upgrade rates.
• Analyze churn patterns and uninstall reasons to identify retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to design save flows for at-risk users.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of growth experiments.
• Design and execute A/B tests and iterate based on performance insights.
• Track and report key growth metrics such as activation rate, conversion rate, retention cohorts, and churn by plan.
• Share experiment outcomes and actionable insights with leadership and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, TLs, Digital Marketing ,UX, and all relevant teams.

Skills & Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in Product Growth, Product Analytics, or Growth Marketing.
• Mandatory experience in Shopify Apps & e-commerce merchant journey ecosystem.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Solid understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Whiteboard coding / live coding skills are required.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
