Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to manage product development and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of tasks
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver product features
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of product features as per roadmap
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product performance
- Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements
- Work closely with QA team to ensure quality and bug-free releases
- Maintain documentation related to product features and workflows
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, etc.)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
