Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Head to lead the design of scalable SaaS products at Identixweb. The ideal candidate should combine strong UI/UX expertise with product thinking, AI-driven design, automation, design systems, and conversion optimization.
The role will focus on transforming complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences while working closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for SaaS, web, and mobile applications.
- Design scalable and user-friendly experiences for complex business workflows, including Shopify, accounting, billing, and GST-related products.
- Build and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable design components.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve design workflows, research, prototyping, and product experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Marketing, and Business teams to convert requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct usability research and identify product friction and opportunities for improvement.
- Work on CRO and conversion optimization for product journeys, landing pages, and e-commerce experiences.
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to improve activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Mentor designers and maintain consistency across product experiences.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, UX, SaaS, automation, and product design trends.
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, with experience leading design projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, UX, UI, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing Shopify, SaaS, enterprise, web, or mobile products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and product thinking.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools, AI-driven UX, or workflow automation.
- Understanding of CRO, conversion funnels, onboarding, and product growth.
- Experience working with complex workflows and simplifying user experiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to mentor and guide designers.
