Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Work on both frontend and backend development as per project requirements.
- Build and integrate APIs and work with databases.
- Use AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding, debugging, and productivity.
- Understand technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Design, QA, Product, and other development teams.
- Follow coding standards, development practices, and project guidelines.
- Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI development tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of React.js / Node.js or willingness to learn full-stack technologies.
- Basic understanding of MySQL or any relational database.
- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Whiteboard coding / live coding skills are mandatory.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.
